- Box jump to the music
- make a circle have a leader call out numbers for the thruster
WOD
- 7 minute AMRAP
- 5-7 box jumps
- 5-7 thrusters
Game
- Relay races
- Split the class in to. Make two circles. have the kids go through a series of movements around the circle. All of the kids must finish in order to score a TEAM point.
