Warm up

EOTD
-Leg lifts/ TTB
-Forward rolls

Practice
-Flip the coin
            -Heads- Leg lifts/ TTB
            -Tails- Forward rolls

WOD
-7 minute AMRAP
            -5 Leg lifts/ TTB
-4m Forward rolls
            -5 burpees

Game
-Relay races

  1. I have just a few suggestions…
    I used the app today for the first time after looking around the features. I didn’t notice a feature to edit or delete a post (crucial for those of us that are a bit pressed for time and trying to get a post in or want to replace our photo). I don’t know how Instagram works (I don’t use it) but I’d like to be able to post in the forum without having to post a photo (or at least given the option of posting a photo). Another thing, I get tons of notifications for the apps (I had 148 when I finally opened the app for the second time). I’d like to have the option of using or not using my Facebook information (such as name and photo) some people (such as me) are completely comfortable with our names attached to our pictures (especially just starting out). An age based forum would be great. I haven’t seen many (if any at all) in my age range. ! health
