            -Forward rolls

EOTD
-Leg lifts/ TTB
-OHS
-Burpee over the bar

Practice
-Pick a card
            -Red- Leg lifts/ TTB
            -Black- OHS
-Face card- Burpee over the bar

WOD
-7 minute AMRAP
            -5 Leg lifts/ TTB
-5 OHS
            -5 burpees over the bar

Game

-Ball tag
