Week #3

Warm up
Review the following 

  • safety system
  • air squat
  • broad jump & bear crawl (pair older and younger kids)
  • jump rope  (pair older and younger kids)



EOTD

  • 4 to 7 group- forward rolls & 7 burpee high fives
  • 8 to 11 group- knees to elbows & burpee tap



Practice as a whole
Reinforce the EOTD roll the dice 

  • even #'s forward rolls and knees to elbows
  • odd #'s burpees



4 to 7 group WOD
7 minute Partner AMRAP
Ping pong
Forward roll to the end
2 burpee high fives at the end
Run to starting line


8 to 11 group WOD
7 minute Partner AMRAP
Ping pong
5 kness to elbows X 2
3 burpee tap X 2


GAME
