Week #4

Warm up
Review the following 
  • 4 to 7 group- forward rolls & burpee high fives
  • 8 to 11 group- knees to elbows & burpee tap



EOTD
  • 4 to 7 group- leap frog &  frog stands
  • 8 to 11 group- deadlift & burpees



Practice 
Reinforce the EOTD

  • 4 to 7 group- leap frog &  frog stands in a circle/ in a straight line/backwards (hold frog stand after all kids go through once
  • 8 to 11 group- reienforce by rolling the dice (odd #'s deadlift & even #'s burpees)



4 to 7 group WOD
7 minute Partner AMRAP
Partner leap frog to the end
Hold a frog stand till the coach says to return
Run to starting line


8 to 11 group WOD
7 minute Partner AMRAP
7 deadlifts
7 burpees


GAME
Crab soccer
