Warm up
Review the following 
·         4 to 7 group- leap frog &  frog stands
·         8 to 11 group- deadlift & Burpees

EOTD
·         Whole group- plank & OH press
o   Older kid paired with a younger kid
o   Younger kids use ball
o   Older kids use DB

Practice 
Reinforce the EOTD
·         Simon says

Group WOD
7 minute Partner AMRAP
One partner planks
Other partner OH press 10 reps

GAME
Partner Tag
Must stay with your partner holding hands (older and younger kid)
