Week #6- Make up week

Warm Up

  • Review the following
    • OH press
    • Plank
EOTD
  • 4 to 7-plank & sit ups
  • 8 to 11- push ups & sit ups
Practice as a whole
  • Roll the dice
    • Odd #'s push ups for big kids/ young kids plank until big kids are finished
    • Even #'s sit ups (count out loud as a group)
WOD
  • 7 minute AMRAP
    • Big kid pair up with younger kid
      • 5 buddy sit ups
      • kids run holding a ball together
      • 5 push ups
      • run back holding ball
GAME
Clean your room (feet only)
