Week #1



Warm up

  • Review the whistle system
    • broad jumps (forward and turnaround)
    • air squat
    • overhead press



E.O.T.D

  • Box jumps
  • Thrusters PVC



Practice (as a whole)

  • Box jump to the music
  • make a circle have a leader call out numbers for the thruster



WOD

  • 7 minute AMRAP
    • 5-7 box jumps
    • 5-7 thrusters



Game

  • Relay races
    • Split the class in to. Make two circles. have the kids go through a series of movements around the circle. All of the kids must finish in order to score a TEAM point.
