    • Front squat (PVC)
    • Lateral jumps (PVC)



E.O.T.D.

  • SDHP
  • Lateral burpees



Practice

  • As a whole reinforce the movements
    • roll the dice
      • Even #'s SDHP
      • Odd #'s lateral burpees



WOD

  • 7 minute AMRAP
    • 7 SDHP
    • 7 lateral burpees 



GAME

  • Dragon tails
