  • front squat (pvc)
  • lateral jumps (pvc)



Practice as whole

  • roll the dice even front squats & odd lateral jumps



WOD

  • 7 minute AMRAP
    • 7 front squats
    • 7 lateral jumps



Game

  • pass ball
