  • Monkey hangs
  • Planks

Practice

  • Simon says
    • Monkey hangs in different positions
  • Plank tunnel crawl 

WOD

  • 7 minute AMRAP
    • Monkey hang (both hands overhand/ under hand/ mixed)
    • Plank with high hips 3 reps

Game

  • Clean your room
