Warm up


  • Review the following
    • Monkey hangs
    • Plank
    • Plank with high hips

EOTD

  • Partner plank jump over (max 3 jumps)
  • Review the air squat

Practice

  • Have the kids roll the dice
    • Heads- plank jumps
    • Tails- air squats

WOD

  • Partner 7 minute AMRAP
    • 3 plank jumps each
    • 5 air squats each
    • Run 10m

Game

  • Fly swat game
    • swatted kid ='s air squats
