Warm up

  • Review the following
    • plank
    • plank jump overs
    • air squats

EOTD

  • Deadlift with PVC (Just positioning)
  • Broad jumps

Practice

  • Roll the dice
    • Odd numbers- deadlifts
    • Even numbers- broad jumps

WOD

  • 7 minute AMRAP
    • 3 deadlift postiions
    • 5 broad jumps 
    • Run back



Game

  • Dragon trails
