Warm up
Review the following:
·      Whistle system
·      Music
o   Practice the systems

EOTD
·      Parallette pass through
·      Lateral jumps with parallette

Practice
·      Roll the dice
o   Odd- pass through
o   Even- lateral jumps

WOD
·      7 minute AMRAP
o   5 pass through
o   5 jumps
o   Run 10m

GAME
·      Ball tag
