Warm up

o   Pull up

EOTD
·      Bear crawl
·      Crab walk

Practice
·      Flip a coin
o   Heads- bear crawl
o   Tails- crab walk

WOD
·      7 minute AMRAP
o   5 air squats
o   10m bear crawl
o   5 burpees
o   10m crab walk
GAME
·      Clean your room
