o   Box jumps

EOTD
·      Push ups
·      Jump to support on dip bar

Practice
·      Roll the dice
o   Odd- push ups
o   Even- jump to support

WOD
·      7 minute AMRAP
o   5 push ups
o   Crab walk 10m
o   5 jump to support

GAME
·      Crab soccer
