Warm up

o   Jump to support

EOTD
·      Pull ups
·      Push ups
·      Air squats

Practice
·      Flip the coin
o   Heads- pull ups
o   Tails- air squats

WOD
·      7 minute AMRAP
o   3 pull ups
o   4 push ups
o   5 air squats

GAME
·      Dragon tails
