Warm up
·      Review the following
o   Knee ups
o   OH DB press
EOTD
·      Pull ups
·      Push ups
·      Air squats

Practice
·      Pick a card
o   Face cards and 10’s- pull ups
o   Red- push ups
o   Black- air squats

WOD
·      7 minute AMRAP
o   3 pull ups
o   5 push ups
o   7 air squats

Game
·      Clean your room
